U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi is running for re-election

“Our democracy is in danger, no less,” the California state candidate stressed in a video posted on Twitter, recalling the attack on the Capitol by supporters of Donald Trump and the restrictions imposed on voting access in some Republican states.
“But, as we say, we will not regret it, we will act,” Pelosi declared, having been in Congress since 1987 and knew first-hand the nuances of power.
