Ronaldo takes a delegation of businessmen who transfer billions in the economy to Cruzeiro x URT, in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Rádio Itatiaia

Guilherme Benchimul accompanied the Cruzeiro match alongside Ronaldo

A Cruzeiro fan sang loudly in the stands, celebrated and danced – someone even did a Tic-Taker dance – and was delighted with the 3-0 win over URT, on Raposa’s debut at the Mineiro Championships. The outcome was closely watched, in Independence, by Ronaldo Phenomeno, who brought to Belo Horizonte a delegation of businessmen, all of whom are responsible for moving billions in the global economy.

Among these are XP Investimentos founder Guilherme Benchimol, Pedro Mesquita, XP Investimentos manager who was in charge of negotiations between Ronaldo and Cruzeiro; Pablo Spire, Partner at XP, and CEO of “Vai Tourinho”, and Nicola Calicchio, of the Softbank Group, one of the world’s largest investment conglomerates, with approximately $350 billion in assets.

Benchimol used his social networks, such as Instagram and Linkedin, to talk about his experience with the phenomenon, in Minas Gerais.

“What this guy did is somewhat the following: he got into“ as an apprentice ”in a company and, after 28 years, bought the company he bought to work. Congratulations Ronaldo! He made history again and transformed Brazilian football,” Benchimol posted on his Linkedin account.

Benchimul, in 2018, was the only Brazilian to appear on Bloomberg’s list of the 50 most influential people in the world. The founder of XP Investimentos is married with two children and has an estimated fortune of R$14 billion.

“Congratulations, Pedro Mesquita and Guilherme Avila for leading this entire revolution,” Guilherme Benshimul added in his message on the company’s social network.

The phenomenon remained on the field until the end of the match and then headed to the Celestial team’s dressing room, where the players saluted for the good result they achieved against URT.

In the behind-the-scenes video posted on Cruzeiro’s social networks, Ronaldo was so relaxed that he even joked with Kiki: “The mustache is very brutal”, joking about the young athlete’s face adornment.
