The United States and Europe are seeking more trips to Brazil

According to Forward Keys data, international searches for air tickets to Brazil between January 3 and March 27, 2022 show higher demand from North Americans and Europeans than from South Americans. The United States, Portugal, Spain, Germany and France are leading the demand in this period.

Between April and June 2022, South American visitors to Brazil accounted for 36% of all 2019 arrivals. The main markets for these bookings are Argentina, Chile and Colombia. If we look at all the international aviation needs based on April this year, we are at 67% in 2019.

“What the latest data demonstrates and highlights is that travel preferences are strong and have been translated into confirmed bookings throughout Brazil. Can be seen returning to northern Brazil, said Juan Gomez, senior analyst at the Forward Keys.
