According to the notice sent to the market, the value of the share will be R$0.295790341.
In order for a shareholder to be entitled to the dividend, he must have a long position on April 20th.
According to the company, the payment will take place on April 29th.
“This right will be paid by way of a deposit into the current account held by the shareholders, as reported to them by Banco Bradesco,” says Caixa Seguridade.
Alternatively, in order to receive the dividends to which they are entitled, the shareholders may go to a Banco Bradesco SA branch of their choice, with documents proving ownership of the company’s shares.
Proceeds related to shares held in CBLC – Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia will be paid to the aforementioned custodian, who will pass it on to shareholders through depository brokers.

Caixa Seguridade: Monthly Social Security contributions rose 37.1% in February
Caixa Seguridade reported a 37.1% increase in monthly Social Security contributions in February compared to the same month last year. At the same time, bookings increased by 20.6%. In addition, the company achieved a 12.8% expansion in residential insurance premiums, compared to February 2021.
According to the company, the strategy included offering multi-year plans and automatic renewal, with sales growing 30% compared to the same month the previous year.
The sale of life insurance, in turn, showed a 9% growth in the cumulative score. In February, a strategy was adopted targeting sales in the form of monthly payments, responsible for 19.4% of the composition of total sales.
