New Coimica, the stadium of Corinthians, will host a festival of several musicians on July 16-17 this year. With fishermen Matuê and sambista Péricles as the main names so far, the venue will open the E4 car park, located in the eastern sector, to install a theater and be home to “Hoje Eu Só Volto Amanhã”.

Five other artists will remain on the list to be confirmed in the coming months. The festival organization uses its social networks to tell us what the news of the festival will be.

The goal of the event is to have ten hours of music and a total of 12 hours from 6:00 PM on Saturday 16 July and 6:00 AM on Sunday 17 July. Tickets range from R$93.50 to R$450, depending on where you want to go (You can purchase through this link).

The idea of ​​more concerts at the stadium was mentioned at the time of the sale of the stadium naming rights to Hypera Pharma, in 2020, as a new way to liven up the arena. Corinth expected to receive as many as 20,000 people at the venue.

There is also a study to see if concerts can be held in the site’s garden, increasing the capacity of the performances. However, for the July deals, the parking lot remains the place used.
