How to solve this problem?
How do you change the language?
One of the ways to fix the WhatsApp error is to change the default language to English. To be able to do this it is necessary first of all to open the application and access the settings that can be seen despite this error. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, hit Settings and go to App language.
The application will show you a list of several available languages and you just have to select English to confirm the language change, and touch the “English” option. By updating the language, the app will automatically solve the dark screen problem and you will be able to see your conversations again and reply to messages.
How to rotate the screen?
Unlock your phone and swipe your finger from the top edge to the bottom edge, following the vertical position. Thus, you will have access to several options from the Android menu. Then select the “Portrait” option and choose to put it in the cell phone’s auto-rotation.
After doing this, you will see that your cell phone changes the layout of the information depending on where it is located. Open your WhatsApp, rotate your phone and continue using WhatsApp until the issue is officially resolved by Meta.
