Javan exposes the routine after discovering a nervous disorder

The life of singer Djavan, 74, changed completely after discovering a neurological disorder. In an interview with ‘Vega Rio’, the ‘Samurai’ voice revealed that currently sleep and food are essential to continue fulfilling his concert schedule.

Recently, the singer performed in seven cities across the United States. He will perform in Salvador on September 2nd. The show will take place at TCA’s Concha Acustica.

“Today, sleeping well is one of my most important commitments in my routine. It’s at least seven hours a night. I believe if you sleep well, you establish an organization for your body that leads you to fulfill your energy. Mine. Food is strictly fat-free,” the singer said in the chat. No frying and organic. He also spoke about the diversity of his audience after feeling the warmth of fans at festivals such as Coala and Rock in Rio. “Festivals bring an artist with a broad career like me closer to a younger audience.
