The Municipal Health Department, through the Department of Health Surveillance, announces that as of Monday (10/04), people aged 60 or over and health professionals are already entitled to receive the additional dose (3rd dose) of COVID-19 serum. The only condition is that they already received the second dose 6 months ago.

São Carlos still vaccinates people 12 years of age or older and applies the second dose of all immunizing agents, as well as the third dose, called the booster dose, also in immunosuppressed patients. Unaccompanied minors must submit a completed and signed consent form along with a personal document from the legal guardian who signed the term. Teens accompanied by a guardian must carry the completed form and personal documents for both photo and CPF.
