The captain of the Brazil team, Atlético, wants to maintain the momentum in another step towards the title he has been dreaming of. The team comes from victories over Grêmio (2-1) and América-MG (1-0), both at home.
Rooster’s strength as a home team is one of the foundations of the club’s competition. Mineirao has 12 consecutive wins, a mark equal to the record in the consecutive points era. Now, the club is chasing an unprecedented streak of 13 consecutive home wins.

Atlético-MG – Coach: Cuca
After serving a suspension period against América-MG, Nacho Fernandez returned to the team’s midfield. Cuca, on the other hand, has four new misappropriations, all caused by selection calls for the South American qualifiers: Alonso, Vargas, Savarino and Alan Franco.

For Silvinho, the only new injured in the squad is Cantelo, who is suspended and also absent from being with the Colombian national team to compete in the qualifiers. The defensive midfielder was not in the starting lineup, but he scored the winning goal in the last match.
