Chicago – At least 15 people were killed at a party Sunday morning in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, killing at least two people, according to police.
Assistant Deputy Chief of Paramedics Greg Stennett said at least 15 people were shot inside a company at 6700 Block on South Chicago Avenue around 4:40 am Sunday.
The total number of people shot in the accident is expected to increase as more potential victims arrive in hospitals, Stenet added. The police announced the death of two victims upon their arrival.
Police said the victims were so far between 20 and 44 years old.
According to Chicago Fire officials, seven victims were transferred by CFD in severe to critical condition, and it appears the victims were adult men and women.
