Children must be re-registered to SUS to receive a dose of the vaccine against Covid-19 in El Salvador | Bahia

The Municipal Health Administration (SMS) informs parents and guardians residing in Salvador Children between the ages of 5 and 11, who are eligible for the Covid-19 vaccination, must be re-registered with the SUS.

Updating, which is mandatory for access to the first dose of the vaccine, must be done online, through Municipal Health Department website (SMS)Or in person at 155 base units of the municipal network, Monday through Friday, from eight in the morning.

Those who have already re-enrolled will automatically be included in the list of those eligible for immunization.

Children who do not have a SUS card Salvador Or link registration with another municipality, the parent or guardian must search for any of the units of the vicinity to obtain the document or transfer of residence. The service appointment must be scheduled through Scheduled website.

The documents required of the parents are ID card, CPF, proof of residence and SUS card. For children, it is necessary to present a birth certificate and SUS card (if applicable).
