Corinthians arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Friday afternoon to face Fluminense with the Brazil national team. For Saturday’s match, coach Vitor Pereira will not have the majority of the starting players, but he has scored 24 athletes.
The Alfinegro team finished their prep on Friday morning, still at CT Joaquim Grava, and then traveled to Rio de Janeiro. The match takes place at 16:30, in the Maracana, and Vitor Pereira will not have the majority of his starting player by choice or injury.
For the Brazil match, names such as Wagner, Joao Victor, Gil, Duqueiros, Renato Augusto and Willian, all injured, were excluded from the list. Rafael Ramos and Rooney, who started against Boca Juniors and were supposed to appear in the starting line-up next Tuesday, did not travel again against the Argentines.
As a result, the menu is full of “kids”, as Vitor Pereira’s juniors are called. Names are already “popular” for fans, such as Wesley, Matthews Araujo, Robert Renan and Guilherme Perrault. It can appear in the starting lineup.
