Doctors have warned of the dangers of the “milk carton challenge” going viral in the United States.

Dangerous sport involves walking in a pyramid made of plastic boxes to carry gallons of milk.

Hundreds of videos have been posted on Twitter, Instagram and Tic Tac Toe in recent days with the hashtag #milkcratechallenge, in which men and women try to climb a ladder made of unstable boxes.

To the screams of those who filmed the effort, most fall.

“You’re in danger of falling and hitting your head, breaking your neck and being paralyzed. It could break your wrist,” Chad Cannon, a health doctor at the University of Kansas, said on Facebook.

The Baltimore City Health Department tweeted, “Make sure there are beds at the nearest hospital before attempting the #milkcratechallenge, as covit-19 hospital admissions are on the rise in the country.”

The hashtag was removed from Dictoc. On Twitter and Instagram, hundreds of videos show the decline. “I think people do stupid things because it’s nonsense,” Chad Cannon commented.

Others sought social media to mock the challenge. “You ‘re going to try the challenge, but you’m not going to be vaccinated. Got it,” Star Trek star George Talkie said Wednesday. Although the vaccine is widely available and free, only half of the U.S. population is vaccinated against Govt.
