Unimed Londrina turned 50 in March and, again, received a series of awards, seals and certificates, in addition to occupying good positions in the ratings recognizing the work done during the year. The CEO of the cooperative, Omar Janha Taha, said that these awards qualifies the work done by the cooperative members, employees and suppliers. “We live in an ecosystem in which there is a perception by the community and users of the value that the cooperative provides. The awards are a very positive return for the work that Unimed does and it seeks to improve even further”, assesses the manager.
GPTW Among the achievements, Unimed Londrina took 44th place in the ranking that measures the best workplaces in Paraná, in the medium-sized companies category. This is the result of a survey conducted by global consulting firm Great Place to Work (GPTW), which supports organizations to get better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation.
value 1000 The cooperative was also featured in the 21st edition of the “Valor 1000” yearbook, which lists the nation’s largest companies in 26 different sectors. In it, the singular took 34th place in the ranking of the 50 largest health plans in Brazil.
gold stamp– Another highlight is the responsibility of the emergency service at Unimed Londrina (PA), which won the gold finish in the Alta Safety Program. This program, granted by Unimed Paraná, aims to establish and promote the development of high levels of safety in patient care processes in ancillary services.
Governance and Sustainability Unimed Londrina has also won the Unimed Seal of Governance and Sustainability, in the Gold Category. The certificate is awarded by Unimed do Brasil, and it validates the results obtained by the cooperative through a management committed to implementing good practices and developing improvements in governance.
Sesi ODS – With “Unimed Solidária”, a project that holds lectures on health and other topics for the community, in addition to free consultations and tests, the individual company has also secured the Sesi ODS seal. This honor is an initiative of Sesi Paraná that highlights projects that contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
top brands Once again, the co-op was the health plan brand that Londoners remembered in the 26th edition of Top de Marcas Londrina. The operator was mentioned by 71% of the consumers interviewed. In the award, the cooperative also received the “Top Valor” award, which was awarded by a jury composed of Londrina’s marketing, advertising and marketing experts.
