IRB (IRBR3): Louise Barcy has been elected as a member of the company’s audit committee

IRB Brazil (IRBR3) announced the previous night (6) the election of Louise Barcy as a member of the Company’s statutory audit committee.

The term of membership includes the period between July 6, 2022 and May 26, 2023, in accordance with the company’s regulations, according to a decision taken at an extraordinary meeting of its Board of Directors.

“The election of Mrs. Louise Barcy was included in the context of improving corporate governance,” the company highlighted in a statement.
