The deadline for truck drivers to implement the self-declaration of the registration period has been tentatively set for August 29. Thus, the deadline has been extended to next Monday, September 12.

Thus, the receipt must be made with the payment of the third installment of the transfer of Auxílio Caminhoneiro (referring to September), on September 24. Therefore, it is worth noting that by 6:00 pm on August 29, 129,788 workers had already submitted a self-declaration.

According to the Department of Labor and Welfare, drivers who registered to that date have already received the first two installments on September 6th and will receive the third installment on the 24th of the same month.

First, Auxílio Caminhoneiro began payments on August 9, and since then two installments of maturity have been released, referring to the months of July and August. Thus, the first installment of the social program totaled R$2,000.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, 190,861 truck drivers were received at this point, bringing the total amount of funds to about R$381.8 million. But it is worth noting that the installments in the amount of one thousand Brazilian riyals will be valid until December 2022.

Who is entitled to truck driver assistance?

First, to receive assistance, you must be registered with RNTRC (National Register of Road Carriers), ANTT (National Road Transport Agency) by May 31, 2022. In addition to registration, you must have a valid CNH and CPF.

Other truck drivers active in RNTR-C on July 22, even if they have no registered operations this year, must submit a self-declaration through Portal hiring Brazil or in the app digital business portfolio.

Thus, the declaration must be specific to the receipt of the benefit, with the aim of ensuring that these persons are able to carry out the transfers.

In addition, it should be noted that no matter how many vehicles the worker owns, the transfer value will be one thousand Brazilian reals. Therefore, it is also worth noting that specialists do not need to provide proof of diesel oil purchase for assistance.
