Singer Mariah Carey’s mansion in the US city of Atlanta was targeted by burglars while she was on vacation in July.
The We Belong Together hitmaker was traveling with her boyfriend Brian Tanaka and their 11-year-old twins Monroe and Morocco when thugs gained access to her Atlanta property, Page Six reports.
On July 27, local authorities confirmed that the mansion had been broken into. However, officials told Page Six, “As this is still an open investigation, information may be limited.” What was deducted from Mariah Carey’s estate has not been revealed.
In July, the singer posted photos on social media while enjoying her vacation on the Italian island of Capri. Two weeks later, Carey revealed that she had rented a mansion in the Hamptons in the New York area of the United States.
