The Massachusetts Department of Public Health announced an additional 795 confirmed COVID-19 cases on Saturday, bringing the total number nationwide since the outbreak to 652,535. State health officials have also added eight confirmed COVID-19-related deaths to the state total, which now stands at 17,324. So far, approximately 7.91 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been shipped to Massachusetts, of which more than 6.67 million, or 84.3%, have been delivered. So far, about 2.88 million people in the state have been fully vaccinated. According to the report, there are an estimated 19,125 cases pending across Massachusetts.
