“Programming Logic” workshop opens 30 free spaces in Manaus

Manaus / AM – Manaus City Hall, through the Municipal Secretary for Labor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Simtepe), is offering, this Wednesday (22), 30 free places for the “Programming Logic” workshop, which will take place for three terms, between 6 and 21/7, In Casarão da Inovação Cassina, located in the city center.

The classes will be face to face and the course aims to visualize programming, identify levels of abstraction in representation and problem solving, as well as introduce a programming language. The target audience is high school students and people who are interested in joining the field of software development. “This is another opportunity for professional qualification supported by Casarão da Inovação Cassina, in order to strengthen this innovation ecosystem. The programming area is in potential growth here in Manaus, so it is important to introduce the basic concepts of this topic, to those intending to enter the area”, said Casarão Cassina Director, Fabio Araújo.

The course will be divided into three groups, with ten students in each, and take place on 6 and 7/7; Second Class on 7/13/14 and Third Class on 7/20 and 21. To participate, candidates must have a notebook and have basic knowledge of Mathematics. All methodologies will be taught by the student of the Computer Science course, Luhan Silva.

“The contents will be implemented in a couple of days. In the first stage, we will conceptualize programming, introduce the tools used by programmers and introduce the field of logic. On the second day, we will talk about flowcharts and learn more about the Python programming language. This course is very introductory, so we will strengthen this base educational,” Luhan points out.
