Jorge Sampaoli talks about a tip for Pedro

Flamengo defeated Fortaleza 2-0, in the 13th round of the Brazilian Championship, last Saturday (02). After the match, Jorge Sampaoli commented on striker Pedro, who started on the bench in this match. The Argentine coach revealed that he had advised the number 9 not to be “very persistent and look for spaces”.

– I suggested to Pedro that he start finding more space, that he is not a static player. He has a lot of technical ability to play finding spaces. He does it very cleverly, but it’s something new for him, and he’s not used to it. We talked to him, said the Argentine coach, he liked it, and I’m very happy. – said the Argentine coach.
