The Unknown (2022), Thomas M. Wright
Paul and Henry Griffin become friends during a bus trip. The reason why the two fled is unknown, which means they are criminals on the run. Paul tells Henry that a man he works with named Mark is looking for someone he can count on to run an assignment. Although he denies wanting any work of illegal origin, the next day Henry meets Mark, who promises to erase his criminal record in exchange for some favours.

Apollo 10 and a Half: A Space Age Adventure (2022), Richard Linklater
In the days leading up to the Apollo 11 moon landing mission, Stan, a 10-and-a-half-year-old fourth grader from suburban Houston, is recruited by two government agents while playing in the playground. He was invited to be the first cosmonaut. The film is loosely inspired by director Richard Linklater’s childhood and imagination during the summer of 1969, when he lived near NASA, and his memories of the first man on the moon.
Athena (2022), Romain Gavras
The death of a young man of Arab origin from the Athens ghetto in France, in unknown circumstances. Three brothers, believing he was killed by the police, lead a community revolt against the authorities in search of revenge. While her older brother, Abdel, who is in the army, struggles to calm rising tensions, the situation escalates and Athena is besieged. A civil war begins against the police, with brothers at the heart of it.
Wendell & Wild (2022), Henry Selleck
Kat is a teenager who lost her parents at a very young age in a tragic accident. Her anguish and shame over the circumstances of her death contribute to her turbulent life, which results in her being sent to a squalid girls’ school to “fix”. But there she ends up summoning two demons who want to enjoy life among humans. In return for her favour, she demands a reward that will lead them into a disastrous and comical adventure.
The Night Nurse (2022), Tobias Lindholm
Amy is a kind-hearted nurse and single mother, but the routine of night shifts in the ICU is so demanding that she’s really reaching her limits. Furthermore, she is suffering from a heart disease. The arrival of Charlie, the new nurse, seems to have eased some of this difficult routine. The two become friends, which gives Amy hope. However, patients begin to die under suspicious circumstances and Charlie appears to be the prime suspect. To reveal the truth, Amy will risk her life.

Munich: On the Brink of War (2022), Christian Schuchoff
In 1938, during the Munich Conference, European leaders tried to stop Adolf Hitler from invading Czechoslovakia and starting another global conflict. British civil servant Hugh Legatt and German diplomat Paul von Hartmann travel to Munich for the meeting. They are soon given a different mission, which is to reveal to world leaders, including Neville Chamberlain, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, a secret document proving Hitler’s plans to expand German lands. The hope is that Chamberlain will not go ahead with the plan to grant the Sudetenland to the President of Germany.
