The basketball player from Criciúma goes to America

Christmas is yet another dream come true for the basketball player Natalia Antoons Silva, 17 years. He will travel to Springfield, Virginia (USA) this Tuesday, the 17th, where he will study and play at the Word of Life Christian Academy.

“Playing basketball in the United States has always been my dream. Of course, I’m very excited to hear about the opportunity, but leaving the Grisama team will be the biggest challenge for me. Eight years on that team really taught me what basketball is and the friendships I know will last a lifetime,” said Natalia. Said.

Last weekend, athlete SR Mambitupa / Chad / FME took part in games with the team Grimama, which won the Copa Santa Catarina U-18. “She is a player with a great path and is looking for her dreams”, highlighting the technique Luana Minoto.

Natalia received a scholarship to study and dedicate herself to the sport. In his package, in addition to the learning he has learned since 2014 by participating in a program to promote women’s basketball, the player is very affectionate.
