The Vics BB de la Haute-Yamaska have known a match for the less painful, on Tuesday evening at the national Tournament of hockey pee-wee de Waterloo, then they have cashed out a clean sheet of 4-0 against the Gunners Bedford/Cowansville/Farnham.
It only took 26 seconds for the Gunners to open the scoring, through Zechariah Thibault. Barely a minute later, defensive Vics was again foiled by Olivier Simard. And then, after a second period without a goal, Aitan Side and Damien Thibodeau helped the Gunners to add two goals in the middle of the third round.
Note that it was the first game in the class BB.
The pee-wee level A, the Jets of Farnham have added a win to their record beating the Rockies from Bromont to the account 2-1.
The training farnhamienne has opened the hostilities in the beginning of the first period with a goal by David Lemieux. However, it has not been able to maintain its lead for long since Louis Godin has outwitted the goalkeeper Felix Lizotte less than two minutes after the start of the second period. Zackary Bélanger then allowed the Jets to regain the advantage during the third twenty.
With two wins in as many matches, Farnham occupies temporarily the head of the standings in the A.
In the other game on the schedule, the Cascades AAA of Drummond/Bois-Francs are imposed 6-3 against the Dynamics of the College Charles-Lemoyne. Antoine Boudreau has amassed a goal and two helpers in the victory.
