An American mother with apocalyptic beliefs was found guilty by a judge in Idaho this Friday (12) of killing her two children and murdering her new husband’s ex-wife.

Lori Vallo was found guilty of murdering her 7- and 16-year-old children. According to the investigation, he considered them “zombies”. The judge rejected the death penalty. However, the verdict is yet to be announced.

Wallow, who follows reincarnation theories, was tried by her new husband, Chad Table – a writer of esoteric and apocalyptic books – for three murders and for fraud.

The self-proclaimed savior of mankind pleaded not guilty at trial in Idaho.

Chad Table is awaiting a separate hearing.

Wallow and Chad belong to a radical Mormon sect that was preparing for the apocalypse.

The case began in 2019 with the disappearance of two minors, one of whom was reported by the grandparents. The investigation takes a horrifying turn when police discover a series of deaths surrounding Lori Vallo and Chad Tabelle.

In 2018, the woman’s third husband died of a heart attack. In 2019, her fourth husband was shot and killed by Lori’s brother, who claimed self-defense. The latter was found unconscious at his residence shortly after.

In October 2019, Chad Tabelle’s ex-wife Tammy died of natural causes. Lori and Tabelle moved to Hawaii a few weeks later and married.

The bodies of the two minors, last seen alive in September 2019, were found near Tabell’s residence in Rexburg in June 2020, more than nine months after their disappearance. The case inspired a Netflix series released in January.
