Flamengo gave the team a three-day break in a row, from Monday (20th) to Wednesday (22nd). Thus, the group of players carried out two activities this week: on Thursday (23rd) and on Friday (24th). This Saturday (25), Vitor Pereira leads the third training session for the Carioca Championship Final.

The activity will begin at 9 am (Brasilia time) on Saturday (25), at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center. Vitor Pereira hopes to count on Gabriel Barbosa for movement, considering the red and black striker has yet to train with the group this week. Number 10 did a “muscle rebalance” in the gym.

Giorgian de Arascaita has also not participated in the two training sessions, so far, as he treats pain in the pubis and adductor of the left thigh. The midfielder is in the medical department and will not be available for Vitor Pereira this Saturday (25′). However, the jersey number 14 should play normally in Carioca’s first final.

It is important to note that Flamengo did not reveal the Uruguay’s injury or its seriousness. Gabriel Barbosa, in turn, is preserved, as he is the player with the highest minutes in the team.
