“The way people die in the desert is horrible. There is no worse way to die, no help, no food, no water,” said search and rescue volunteer James Holman.

“We use everything: eyes, nose. Nose sniff. We paint people,” says James.
They are about 90 km from the desert to the border. Volunteers are migrants fleeing cities and walking long distances in the desert without food and water. That’s why they’re tired or almost dead to this area.
“There is no law here. Where is the police or the rescue? It looks like a war zone, we are looking for victims,” he says.
