The WhatsApp security update is being tested on both Android and iOS mobile phones. It should be noted that WABetaInfo is a portal that publishes messenger results that are in beta (beta) and also in platform code.

How will the platform increase security on WhatsApp?

The security change includes an improvement to the two-step verification feature. When someone tries to log in to WhatsApp, a 6-digit code will be sent for verification and confirmation. The transmission is made to some other means of communication for the same user.

However, if the login is approved, the new security layer will send a second 6-digit code for verification. In other words, there will be a new phase in the standard two-step verification currently in use. This greatly increases the security on WhatsApp and ensures that the account is more difficult to hack by third parties.

There is no possibility of this security update being released yet. However, it is already in the testing phase within the messaging platform.
