with arrival 5G To the country last week, in Brasilia, there were also doubts about which devices are compatible with the new technology. There is no shortage of offers in the smartphone market: at least 67 devices have already been approved by Anatel for work in the country. But the situation is completely different in the world of tablets.
So far, only four 5G-equipped devices have been sold in Brazil, all at relatively high prices – the cheapest model starts at R$5,875. Three of these devices from An apple: iPad Mini, iPad Pro 11-inch and iPad Pro 12.9-inch. The other is the Galaxy Tab S8 5G, from Samsung. Although it was launched earlier this year, the Moto Tab G70, from MotorolaYou do not yet have the ability to connect to 5G networks.
Despite the lack of connectivity in most tablets, part of the stability and speed of the new technology in all models can still be enjoyed with the help of a smartphone. For this, the cell phone must be compatible with 5G networks. The “trick” is to send a personal wireless connection from the smartphone to the tablet, which can surf over the 5G network via Wi-Fi.
