“It’s our second pre-season in the same year. The idea in this first moment is to improve the athletes in terms of performance and also train them in terms of functionality, what would that be? Improve their health and performance. It’s a season of four weeks and a few days, and that’s completely new to football and the calendar The bra allows us to work out the evolution of the load very carefully and adapt to the needs of the group. The group presented itself very positively, and they worked and followed the recommendations that we implemented during the festive period, and this helps a lot. Always respect this moment so that the athletes can enjoy itBruno Mazziotti said.

“In this first phase, we are screening batteries with properties to assess metabolic capacity, neuromuscular capacity, and strength. We have a biomechanics lab that evaluates the quality of movement, which helps a lot in injury prevention. This week we use it to analyze and reflect on the resultsTo define strategies individually knowing that sport is a team.”

After working very successfully in his first spell, Bruno Mazziotti returned to Corinthians last season, when he was still led by Vitor Pereira. The physiotherapist also gave his opinion on the change to the club’s technical committee, now led by Fernando Lázaro.

“Because we have a new committee, very qualified, and we have knowledge of the player profile, that advances our process a lot. We’ve come out ahead. I even think our greatest boost, in fact, is our work and that should be like until the end of the season. I feel calm and satisfied with Fernando’s arrival as coach. Another gain is the arrival of Flávio Oliveira, who has a lot of experience and knowledgeNot only from our players, but from the chaotic scenario that is the Brazilian calendar.”
