Thursday’s vaccination will only be in reference UBSs and in PAM-Marshal

This Thursday (21), AstraZeneca immunization agents will be distributed to the target audience only in 10 reference basic health units (UBSs), from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, plus PAM-Marshal, from 12:30 m to 6 m. The offer is reserved for those who must take their second dose of AstraZeneca on or before October 2nd. The city of Juiz de Fora has reported that it is waiting for new shipments of the vaccine so that the schedule for the second dose can go forward. In the city, the delay in immunization with AstraZeneca is already 19 days.

The Ministry of Health reported that it has not yet been officially notified of the arrival of new doses of the vaccine produced by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz). Until the 14th day, there were about 17 thousand people in the city with the second application delayed. Since then, according to the municipal file, the epidemiological surveillance has not yet made a new assessment.

Coronavac e-pfizer

Second doses of Coronavac are already intended for those whose vaccine label indicates October 21 (or earlier) as the deadline for full immunization. The second doses of Pfizer will be applied to those who received the first dose through August 26. These vaccines are available at PAM-Marshal from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM; at 10 reference UBSs, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; in the remaining 36 UBS, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and at the Department of Health for the Elderly (DSI) from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The City Council is also continuing to apply the first doses to the public 12 years of age or older who, for some reason, have not yet received an immunizing agent.

Strengthen

The booster apps target health workers aged 52-53 or older, who received the second dose against Covid-19 at least six months ago, and seniors aged 60 or older who also took the second dose six months or more ago, Application for DSI is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; at 10 reference UBSs, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.; at the other 36 UBS from 8 am to 11 am; and at PAM-Marechal from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Immunosuppressants, who received the second dose at least 28 days ago, may also be boosted. This audience can be vaccinated at PAM-Marechal, from 12:30 to 18:00; At 10 reference UBSs, it is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and at DSI, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
