Five cell phone networks have been down in the United States, according to Downtector, an international website that records platform crashes. On Brazilian soil, Chloro customers suffer from slow 4G service and a lack of phone calls.

Downdetector data reveals that complaints about US operators started between 12:00 and 12:30, at the same interval. Now, four hours after the crash began, US operator T-Mobile, a reference on 5G in the country, has already accumulated 16,200 complaints. At 12:18 p.m., 80 complaints were registered. At 15:48, there were 1408, recorded at that minute.

On Twitter, T-Mobile made the toy with context. “Well, I think that’s all we do on Twitter today,” he wrote. Later, the company released a report stating that “having the best service is the operator’s top priority” and that they are working to resolve the issue.

Verizon, on the other hand, is accumulating 25,500 complaints. In the last update of the site, 1,580 complaints were registered between 5:05 pm and 4:20 pm. The affected areas are similar to D-Mobile and extend to Pittsburgh, Brooklyn, Indianapolis, Washington and Philadelphia. Users report failure of mobile internet (55%) and connections (32%).

A New Jersey customer says one is not in service for three hours. “No internet, no Instagram, instant messages and SMS are not like‘ sending ’,” he says. “Other friends have problems from other operators,” the woman says. “I can’t make calls or send SMS to just one service bar,” says another Verizon user.

A&T, which also offers standard WiFi service, was the target of criticism. In this case, in addition to the failure of the mobile Internet, broadband internet was down in Boston, California and Georgia. Two smaller operators, Metro and US Cellular, are also down. According to users, in both cases, the drop started recording between 11:00 and 11:30 in the morning.

In Brazil, Claro customers complain about instability in connections

Operator Claro, which provides mobile and fixed internet service, was also the target of user complaints. “My Chloro number is not working. I can not access or call the app,” a Twitter user commented. The article contacted Claro, but no response was forthcoming until the article was published.
