Actress and singer Shunka Dokore, best known for her work Movie Elvis, who plays in theaters, has died at the age of 44. She was found dead in her apartment in Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States.
According to TMZ, the actress was found dead inside her apartment bedroom.
Police said one of her children came across his mother’s body and ran to a neighbor’s apartment for help. The neighbor called 911 around 9:30 a.m.
So far, police have said that there is no suspicion of a crime in the actress’ death. Investigators are waiting for the autopsy results before they can determine the cause of death.
The film telling the story of the rock icon was the actress’s first work in theaters, giving life to singer Big Mama Thorton. She also doubled up by playing the artist in the “Vegas” music video for singer Doja Cat.

The actress was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and graduated from there tax University with a BA in Theater. She also obtained a master’s degree in education from Trivica nazarene University. The actress leaves two children.
