Galaxy M32: a better mid-range cell phone than its predecessor? | Analysis / review

NS Galaxy M32 Another addition to Samsung’s long list of new features from 2021. Does this make sense or is it just another device that will be forgotten a few months from now? It is undeniable that he has a lot in common with Galaxy A32, but has a simpler design.

It follows the M-line launch style recently and has a basic look with a soft plastic body and stove top cam. At least, the mirror coating with a chromatic effect makes it look like a more advanced cell phone.

The screen is large, it has a Super AMOLED panel with vibrant colors and a good brightness level. There’s a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother system animations, but don’t expect to run too many games at 90fps. The audio part is disappointing for being mono and distorted at most.

The battery of the national model is 5000 mAh “only”, different from the Indian variant which brings the same 6000 mAh of Galaxy M31. The good news is that the autonomy lasts for a long time and recharging time is reduced as the battery is reduced and the 15W charger is maintained. You can speed up recharging time even more by purchasing a 25W charger sold separately.

The M32 has a quad array of cameras. The main picture records good pictures in any situation, while the ultra-wide picture sends well in bright scenes. The macro is weaker because it has a lower resolution and a longer focal length than we expect. Finally, there’s a dedicated blur camera that gets the effect just right without compromising on colours. The front shoots great selfies; While the camcorder does not record in 4K.

Galaxy M32 arrived by 2,399 BRL, but it already appears in promotions of around R$1,600, as you can see below. Is it worth it? It is so similar to the A32 that it pays for the cheaper price. For more details, just check out the full review via the link below.
