One person has died in a multi-million dollar Hollywood Hills home robbery attempt

One person was killed and four others were injured in a robbery attempt early Friday morning An exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood, Police said.

Three men, in their 20s, tried to rob a PD at 2:05 a.m. in the 1400 blocks of the Blue Jay Wave in the cozy Hollywood Hills, LAPD official Jeff Lee said.

Law enforcement sources told NBC News that all three victims, men in their 60s, 50s and 40s, may leave the house or come home when confronted by robbers.

He was in his 60s and exchanged gunfire with one of the robbers, Lee said, before the suspects left in their car.

Lee said police dragged them a few minutes later near Santa Monica Boulevard and Tohney Drive, two miles from Beverly Hills, with two injured suspects inside.

One of the suspects died of his injuries, police said. The other is standard.

His 60-year-old person was listed in critical condition, Lee said. The remaining victims are stable.

None of the suspects or victims were immediately identified.

The multi-million dollar house where the shooting took place was the home of 39-year-old Nova Fashion CEO Richard Sagian, according to property records. A company representative was not immediately available for comment Friday.

The neighborhood is also called locally Nearby “Bird Roads” Modules such as Skylark Lane, Oriole Lane, Oriole Way and Danger Way.

The Blue J Way was an inspiration Beatles song of the same name, By George Harrison “Magical Mystery Journey” album.

According to LA County Appraiser records, the home was last sold in 2018. Over 17.5 million were sold. The previous two home sales were 5.5.5 million in 2013 and 10 million in 2009, according to records.

Violent crime is on the rise in Los Angeles, the latter epidemic.

According to LAPD data, as of June 19 this year, 651, more than 50 percent of the shooting deaths in LA were in LA.

The number of shooting incidents has increased by almost 48 percent, and by 2021 the number of homicides has increased by more than 25 percent.
