Ronaldo wants to include Tocas 1 and 2 in Cruzeiro SAF team to ensure investment – Rádio Itatiaia

The future owner of 90% of the shares of Sociedade Anônima do Futebol (SAF) do Cruzeiro, Ronaldo wants amendments to the club’s purchase contract, agreed in December last year. According to information obtained by journalist João Vitor Xavier, from Itatiarevealed through Behind the scenes program On Monday, the phenomenon intends to include Burrows I and II in SAF to secure investment in the club, particularly to settle tax obligations.

Also, according to the information obtained, representatives of the Cruzeiro Consultative Council, who participated in the meeting with Ronaldo on Monday, expressed their dissatisfaction with the request to include the two training centers. At first, they did not agree with the idea.

Ronaldo’s request for amendments to Cruzeiro’s purchase contract was initially reported by Al Bawaba Supersports. After posting the order, a Itatia I advanced in information about the apparent intent of wanting to acquire Burrows I and II as security for the investments made. The entrepreneur wants the union to share in the tax obligations, i.e. the amount the club owes in taxes.

But to agree to Ronaldo’s request, Cruzeiro’s deliberation board will have to meet again. In August 2021, Council members approved the creation of the AFC, but retaining only the football management part (players’ economic rights, values ​​related to broadcasting rights, sponsorship and membership program). The first and second burrows and recreational clubs will remain with the club.
