WASHINGTON — The chief executives of Apple, Microsoft and Amazon plan to attend a White House meeting with President Joe Biden on Wednesday to discuss private companies’ efforts to improve cybersecurity after a sharp rise in hacker attacks since last year, including ransomware, that demand ransom.
