A Gulf Air flight bound for Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport was diverted to Erbil, Iraq, this Tuesday, November 22, after a crew member suffered a heart attack, but unfortunately there was not enough time to save your life.
As a medical emergency had developed, the pilots made the decision one hour and twenty minutes after takeoff, at an altitude of 34,000 feet (10,360 m). The plane landed safely on runway 36 at Erbil International Airport.
according to FL360Gulf Air expressed its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the crew and thanked the passengers for their patience and understanding.
Flight GF19, from Bahrain (BAH) to Paris, was later resumed using the same aircraft, an Airbus A321neo registered under registration A9C-NE, landing around three hours after the record time.
