The Buffalo Bills dream scenario during the last three weeks of the 2025 NFL season may not be a problem at all.
The Bills' dream scenario includes the No. 1 seed and a harsh reality
True but:
A Week 15 victory over the New England Patriots reignited the Buffalo Bills' AFC East hopes.
Buffalo was the division champion for five straight seasons, but the Patriots dominated the East for most of the season.Their recent win, however, pulled the Bills to within one game.

With three weeks to play, the Bills could find a way to the top of New England.According to Bleacher Report's Brad Gagnon, that would be their "dream scenario" to end the year. The problem is that winning the title won't matter if they don't get the job done in the playoffs.
"They took momentum from that win in New England, finished 3-0 and got plenty of help to secure the AFC's No. 1 seed and a first-round bye," Gagnon wrote.
Of course, none of that matters if they still find a way to win their first Super Bowl. That is a clear and inescapable dream in Western New York.”
Super Bowl or bankruptcy for Buffalo Bills
Winning a division is always a positive thing.Especially since it gives the team at least one home game in the playoffs. In other words, the Bills won that title, but failed to achieve their ultimate goal of winning the Super Bowl.
That's why Gagnon is on the verge of saying that the dream scenario to end the year might be meaningless if Buffalo falls short again.

The good news for the Bills is that this could be their easiest path to the big game. With both the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs eliminated from the postseason, the Bills will not have to face their two biggest rivals.
But that doesn't mean they'll definitely get there, especially with a team like the Houston Texans that has given them trouble. The Denver Broncos and Patriots are also a threat, but the Bills have the advantage, having an experienced quarterback and a team that has participated in important games many times in recent years.
