In the latest episode of Taylor Swift's docu-series The End of an Era, the Grammy winner read part of a heartfelt letter Travis Kelce wrote to her ahead of her final concert on the Eras tour in December 2024.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's love story began on the Idan tour.
So fans got another heartbreaking look at their relationship during the final episode of the docu-series, The End of an Era, which aired on Disney+ on December 23rd.This time it came in the form of a letter Travis wrote to Taylor as she prepared for her final three Eras concerts in Vancouver in December 2024.
"There are so many incredible memories from this tour," Taylor said, "but my favorite was the first time I saw you in concert and was lifted up by a woman who didn't know me."
When the NFL star went to the "Cruel Summer" singer's concert in Kansas City in July 2023, he brought a friendship bracelet to give her.However, when Travis was unable to meet Taylor backstage at Arrowhead Stadium, he talked about her sweetly on his New Heights podcast, setting up a series of events, including Andrea Swift's engagement session, that led to the beginning of their romance.
"I say selfishly thanks for making this famous journey possible," continued the job of Travis, before shouting to his manager Robert Allen for Taylor "staying in Kansas City, Missouri."
"#2 that night at KC was the beginning I met the love of my life," added Kansas City Chiefs star.
How did Taylor reguired what travis wrote?It is not a doubt that he was reshaped.
"Awww, my god," he said after reading the letter."There was no emotion in the last three shows, huh?"
The sentiment in Travis' letter echoes his earlier comments about seeing Taylor.
"If I hadn't gone to that show and been surprised and stuck around and left wanting to meet you, I wouldn't be here and telling everyone how bad my stomach is," she told Taylor in August at New Heights for the first time.
"You know how crazy you can get the whole stadium going," said Travis, who proposed to Taylor shortly after filming the podcast."Then I put you in the room and it's like I've known you forever."
And Taylor agreed.As she noted, "I feel the same way about you."
