80 Doctors Participate in Unimed Araçatuba . Seminar

Eighty doctors from different specialties attended the fifth symposium
“Unimed for you”,
Promoted by Unimed Araçatuba (SP), with the theme
Collaborative challenges in a post-pandemic scenario.
As it was revealed, this year’s edition was released in a hybrid fashion, with face-to-face interactions as well as online, through the Youtube platform.

During the programme, there were presentations on topics related to innovations and perspectives with a focus on quality management; Study the current market scenario and the viewpoints of the commercial division; IT tools and news; and investments in private services assets, with a focus on the Viver Bem and Neuro Infantil spaces.

The panel discussion on “Innovative Technologies” was attended by physicians Mauricio Zambaldi Tunes, who addressed robotic surgery in urology. Felipe Camilo Biagi, who spoke about the dermatological treatment of congenital heart disease and TAVI; Lucien Girotto Micheletti, who addressed multimodal anesthesia and analgesia.

Specialist Vitor Rodrigues Fornazari explained about mechanical thrombectomy for acute stroke, while neurologist Tales Vieira Albuquerque spoke about the endovascular treatment technique for cerebrovascular disease caused by hemorrhagic stroke.

Also participating in the lecture series was the Sescoop (National Service for Cooperative Learning) consultant, Vagner Adalberto da Silva, who spoke about the economic and financial panorama of the health sector.

For the President of Unimed Araçatuba, ophthalmologist Fabrício Teno Castilho Braga, this type of meeting strengthens the bonds of interaction and closeness with the cooperative member, as well as reinforcing the company’s principle of transparency.
