LG introduces Ultraviolet Acoustic Dual Inverter Air Conditioner in Brazil
2 min readLG in Brazil announced its new family of Dual Inverter Voice UV Nano air conditioners. The company held an online event for reporters Wednesday (12) noon to showcase the product.
It will be available in both Standard and Artcool versions, on models that vary according to the amount of BTU. TudoCelular followed the conference and the highlights appear below.
Main Features
The new Dual Inverter Voice UV Nano line preserves the inverter compressor, which promises to save up to 70% energy, compared to the conventional model. In addition, the device promises to work silently, with little transmission of noise between the units.
The main feature of this series of air conditioners is the presence of ultraviolet lamps. They promise to perform a purifying function, by destroying the DNA of microorganisms, both in the air and on surfaces. This helps eliminate up to 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, molds and other impurities in the environment.
In addition to purifying the air, LED lights also allow you to always keep the interior clean, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance of the interior of the device.
Just like their ancestorsThe new models support voice commands, through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. They even have a cold air setting and a hot option. There are variants with 9,000, 12,000, 18,000 or 24,000 BTU.
Prices and availability
At the moment, LG has not yet released the availability and pricing information in Brazil. Once the company reveals, this space will be updated.
