Cannes Film Festival 2022: Live on the red carpet – Vogue

The red carpet for the 75th edition of D Cannes Film Festival. With an intense twelve-day program, the event consists of dozens of films made around the world and features some of the biggest names in world cinema walking the famous red carpet on the French Riviera.

This time, five directors are competing for palm round, an unprecedented award event: Belgian Charlotte Vandermerch (‘Le Otto Montagne’); French Claire Denis (stars at noon) and Leonor Serail (Un Petit Frère); Italian-French Valeria Bruni Tedeschi (“Les Amandiers”); and American Kelly Richart (“Appearance”). On screen actresses Anne Hathaway and Alicia Vikanders, Kristen Stewart and Léa Seydoux also feature in the productions that will be featured in this edition.

At the red carpet opening, glamor prevailed: an abundance of sparkle (whether in embroidery, brocade and/or metallic effect) and majestic jewelry prevailed in products chosen by stars such as Katherine Langford, Julian Moore And Lashana Lynch.
