The withdrawal of the FGTS on his birthday is considered a profitable method, but he was the subject of questioning by Minister Luis Marinho. Rescue in January

According to the schedule established by the Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), the withdrawal of the FGTS will begin with the birthdays of January 2023. This group of workers is already authorized to start the withdrawal from Monday 2 March.

The January FGTS Birthday Draw will be available until the 31st of this month. Another eligible group is formed by workers born in December and they can opt out until February 28th.

The FGTS Anniversary Draw is valid for two years, which means that during this period, you will not be able to change your FGTS withdrawal form. However, an employee who opted out on his birthday is still entitled to a termination penalty of 40% of the amount paid to the fund, if he is dismissed without good cause.
