ANS sets temporary suspension of 12 health plans after customer complaints

The National Agency for Complementary Health (ANS) reported that 12 health insurance Sale will be temporarily suspended after customer complaints. The suspension will go into effect next Tuesday, 22. Another 11 marketing plans have been launched through Service Assurance Monitoring.

The responsibility for the 12 plans whose sales have been put on hold rests with six operators, including Unimed, Oral Class, Saúde Sim and Saúde Brasil.
