B: The daughter of singer Belchiore was sentenced to 9 years in prison for the death of a mineral expert

The Court of Justice of São Paulo, on Wednesday, sentenced (23) the daughter of singer Belchior, Isabella Mingueli Belchior, and two other people, to the murder of metallurgist Laser Bochoiser dos Santos. The three were accused of murder and concealment of the body. Information from G1.

Isabella was sentenced to 9 years and 10 days in prison (eight years for murder and one year and 10 days for concealing a body). Brothers Stefano Rodriguez and Bruno Thiago Dornillas Rodriguez were each sentenced to more than 12 years (ten years, ten months, and 20 days for murder and one year, two months and eleven days for concealing a body).

Jacqueline Priscilla Dornillas Chavez, friend of Isabella and sister of the convict, has been acquitted of the charges and is free. In the defendants’ affidavits, the three stated that she was not at the crime scene.

The doomed trio was already in prison. According to lawyer Sandra Mara de Oliveira, who is defending the brothers Stefano and Bruno, the defense will appeal the decision. Isabella’s attorney, Attorney General Pedro Naves Magalhães, was not found in the G1 report.

Remember the case

Leizer Buchwieser dos Santos disappeared on August 26, 2019 in São Carlos in the interior of São Paulo. His body was found on September 1 of that year with his hands and feet bound. According to investigations into the case, Santos had sex with children and was used to mark sex programs on social networks.

He and Jacqueline had arranged a program for R$500, in which she was going to take her three-year-old niece. After that, the woman warned her brothers and friend about the meeting. The intent would be to blackmail the mineral world.

“They knew the victim wanted to commit a crime and they immediately blackmailed the victim and confiscated the money,” said the delegate who led the investigation, Gilberto de Aquino.

According to the delegate, Santos would have given the money to the women, but would have assaulted one of them after he was cursed. The other men joined the battle and stabbed the metal worker. After the crime, the group abandoned the body in one area and left his car in another. According to Aquino, the fuel used to burn the victim’s car was purchased by Jacqueline.
