Corinthians trains in two shifts and performs tactical work, focusing on Paulisto
1 min readThis Wednesday, Corinthians carried out another pre-season day for the 2023 Paulista Championship. The group of players has worked two stints at CT Joaquim Grava with an eye on the next appointment.
The athletes started their day with a traditional warm-up and then left for the field under coach Fernando Lazaro. The coaching staff organized post-loss pressing drills in a small space.
In the second part of the morning training, Lázaro split the group up. While one part of the players did tactical work, the other moved to another field to train attacking movements of passes, crosses and finishing moves.
Four young players completed today’s activity: right-back Vitino (2005); left-back Gustavo Henrique (2005); Cauan’s Steering Wheel (2003); and midfielder Adrian (2005). In the afternoon, the cast did strength training in the gym and then more physical activity on the field.
Timão returns to CT on Thursday afternoon to continue activities. On January 15, the team faces Red Bull Bragantino, away from home, in the first round of the Paulista Championship.
