Duilio talks about ‘passion’ in Faithful’s return to Corinthians Games: ‘Imagine with 100%’

President Duilio Monteiro Alves spoke about the return of Corinthians fans to the New Coimica Arena, Completed on Tuesday evening, against Bahia, for the Brazilian Championship. Happy with the result and with more than ten thousand motives in place, he insisted on the praise of the faithful.

Actor Alfinegro wrote on his social network: “Exciting to see Phil come home after so long. If the arena has already been shaken up that way with 30% firing, imagine with 100%! Go Corinthians!”

This was, in fact, the first match attended by fans since the beginning of the manager’s tenure. Duilio was elected in November, took office in January and had not yet had that experience as president.

Timao, who has not played before Phil since February 26, 2020, when they drew 1-1 with Santo Andre, returned to the G4 of the Brazilian Championship for the first time in more than two years.

The team returns to the field on Saturday, but faces Sport at the Arena Pernambuco away from home. The return to Itakeira will take place on Wednesday 13 October, to face Fluminense, in round 26 of the tournament.
