The CBF announced the cut Monday afternoon, but has not yet announced who will replace Nino.

In FIFA history in March, Ramon Menezes Marquinhos lost to injury and invited Bremer, from Juventus, to replace him. However, the European players have already been on vacation for a week or so.

Nino was substituted in the 21st minute of the second half, and left the field in tears. This will be the 26-year-old defender’s first chance in the main squad.
