In a recent NFL Players Association survey, members of the Kansas City Chiefs expressed mixed feelings about their organization, despite their success on the field. While head coach Andy Reid was rated as the best in the league by players, other areas of the team received low grades.

In response to the criticisms, Hunt acknowledged the need to modernize the practice facility. This highlights the importance of the NFLPA survey as a platform for players to voice concerns about franchise culture and working conditions.

Comparatively, the Jacksonville Jaguars showed improvement in their survey rankings after addressing previous issues with their practice facility. This underscores the impact players can have on team owners and league norms by speaking up about workplace conditions.

Another sign of player empowerment in the NFL is the growing trend of athletes skipping combine drills and tests without facing significant backlash. This shift reflects a change in the dynamics between players, teams, and the league as a whole.
