The Board of Auditors of the State of Rio de Janeiro (TCE-RJ) has kept the bidding process in Maracanã suspended. This Wednesday, the trial resumed after a review was requested by Chancellor Mariana Montebello Wellman. The authority gave the vote, and other members of the Court followed suit.
